Ford model A. Lengthened 2" and 2" rear kick-up.
BODY
Ford model A roadster. A mix of original parts and newly made sheet metal.
ENGINE
'53 De Soto 251 flathead six. Completely restored and bored to 260 ci. Equipped with a milled "Spitfire" head, a triple carb inlet manifold for Carter BBR-1 carbs and dual headers. I have also done some flow porting to the inlets and combustion chambers.
TRANS
´39 Plymouth 3-speed toploader.
FRONTEND
Model A axle dropped 2", reversed spring eyes, split wishbones. The spring is also reforged to bend upwards in the outer ends. Houdaille shocks.
REAREND
'47 Ford Commercial banjo axle with open drive shaft. Model A sedan spring with 5 leaves removed, split wishbones, telescopic shocks.
STEERING
'30 model A column & box with '35-'59 tie rod ends and a steering damper.
BRAKES
Ford model A converted to hydraulics. Rocky Mountain bands on the drums.
WHEELS
'35 Ford steel spoke with Firestone 6.00-16 front and 7.50-16 rear tires.
