The first and to this date only hot rod I've built. I started planning and gathering parts for it back in 2001. The goal was even from the beginning to build a true to style late 30's roadster as those seen on the dry lakes then. The chassis got finished before I even had a body, so in the meantime I slammed together a bucket body made of rusty fordoor parts and created an instant modified. In this shape it was seen at Old Style Wekend in '02. Then I got hold of a really ugly model A roadster body which requiered much work to get back to decent shape. Anyway, the work was done and today the car is the roadster that I wanted it to be. The links below will lead to technical data and pictures of the car in its various shapes. |
